To help you verify your purchase, this guide explains how to identify OXVA's official anti-counterfeiting labels, verify your security code, understand the verification result, and report a suspected counterfeit product.
Step 1: Check the OXVA Anti-Counterfeiting Label
OXVA products currently use two versions of anti-counterfeiting labels: V2 and V1.
V2 Anti-Counterfeiting Label
The latest V2 label has the following key characteristics:

V1 Anti-Counterfeiting Label
Some OXVA products may still carry the previous V1 label. Its key characteristics include:

Before verifying your product online, compare the label on your packaging with the official examples above. Counterfeit labels may imitate the general design, but often show differences in printing quality, metallic effects, embossed details, background patterns, or the scratch-off area.
Step 2: Verify Your OXVA Product
First, scratch off the coating on the anti-counterfeiting label to reveal the security code.
You can then verify your product in two ways.
Method 1: Scan the QR Code
If your anti-counterfeiting label includes a QR code, scan it with your phone. It will direct you to the verification page and automatically initiate the authenticity check.
Method 2: Enter the Security Code Manually
You can also visit the Product Verification page on the OXVA official website.
Enter the 14-character security code revealed under the scratch-off coating and select Verify.
Important: Always Check the Website Address
When scanning a QR code, always check the domain displayed in your browser before trusting the verification result.
Some counterfeit products may use fake QR codes that redirect users to imitation verification websites. These pages may look similar to an official verification page and falsely tell you that a counterfeit product is genuine.
If the website address looks unusual, misspelled, or different from the official OXVA website, close the page.
To be safe, you can always access the Product Verification page directly through the official OXVA website and enter the security code manually.
Step 3: Understand Your Verification Result
When your security code is successfully recognized, the verification result will show important information including:

Whether the code is recognized as an authentic OXVA product code

Queries: how many times the code has been verified

First enquiry time: when the code was first verified (shown in UTC+8)
Pay particular attention to the number of queries.
What If the Code Has Been Verified More Than 3 Times?
OXVA recommends additional caution if the same security code has already been queried more than three times.
We have identified cases where counterfeiters copy a real security code from a genuine OXVA product and print the same code onto multiple counterfeit products. Because the original code itself is genuine, simply receiving a successful verification result may not tell the whole story.
If the same copied code is used repeatedly, however, its query count can become unusually high.
When this happens, the verification system may display a warning that the code has been verified many times and that the product could potentially be counterfeit.
A high query count does not automatically mean your product is counterfeit, since you may have verified the same product yourself more than once.
Check the First Enquiry Time shown on the page and compare it with when you purchased or first verified your product.
Please note that the First Enquiry Time displayed by the OXVA system is shown in UTC+8.
If the code was first verified long before you purchased the product, or the query count appears unusually high, we recommend contacting OXVA for further verification.
What Should You Do If You Suspect a Fake OXVA Product?
If the anti-counterfeiting label looks suspicious, the verification website appears incorrect, the query count is unusually high, or the First Enquiry Time does not match your purchase history, please contact OXVA.
On the verification warning page, you can:

Select "Spot a Fake? Report Now!"
Your report can also help OXVA identify counterfeit distribution channels and protect other users from encountering the same problem.
