What kind of content can I submit? We currently only accept photo submissions that show how OXVA fuels your day. Please make sure your submission is original and aligns with the campaign theme.

Can I submit more than once? Each participant may submit one valid entry per account. Duplicate or spam entries will not be counted.

Why can't I see my submission? All entries are reviewed by the OXVA team before being displayed. Submissions that are irrelevant to the campaign theme or violate guidelines will not appear.

How are winners selected? Winners are chosen based on a combination of content creativity and engagement (likes). Outstanding submissions that best reflect the theme “How OXVA Fuels Your Day” will have a higher chance of winning.

When and how will I know if I've won? Winners will be announced on January 5, 2026 on the official OXVA website and Instagram. We'll also notify winners directly by email.

What are the prizes? A full prize list can be found on the campaign page. OXVA reserves the right to replace any prize with an item of equal or higher value.

How will I receive my prize? We'll contact winners by email to confirm shipping details. Prizes will be sent within 30 working days after confirmation.

Is my personal information safe? Yes. Your data will only be used for contact and prize delivery purposes and won't be shared with third parties.
