We ship most of countries from 3 warehouse locations, most orders (In-stock items) will be shipped out in 2 workdays. You could find the estimate shipping time in the product page for pre-order items.

When will my order be shipped?
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for shipment within 24 business hours. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sundays and U.S Federal Holidays.

Note: *During the busy holiday season and after holiday sales, processing can take up to 72 business hours. Our team works hard everyday to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.
        *We ship to Most States in the United States (Unless otherwise in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.

Where do you ship to?
EU warehouse ships to United Kingdom,France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Checz Republic, Denmark, Luxemburg, Holland, Hungary, Poland, Eslovakia and Slovenia. If these warehouses can't ship to you, we will ship from our Chinese warehouse directly.

What are the available shipping methods?

Express:
HK DHL/UPS : 3-5 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 3-6 days delay. The tracking number available around 48 hours in business day.

Attentions:
A. Impossible to ship to PO BOX and Military address(APO/FPO).
B. There is a 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by China customs, and the order will be delayed for 4-5 days.

General Shipping Channel:
EURO Special Air Line: (only for orders below 2kg, free customs duty)
Delivery Time: 10-20 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

Netherlands Post:
Delivery Time: 20-30 business days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 3-5 days delay.

Canada Special Line:
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days to Canada. When in peak season, there could be a 3-5 days delay.

Dubai Special Line:
Delivery Time: 7-10business days to Dubai. The shipping duty included in shipping fee.

Japan Special Line:
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days to Japan. Package weight need below 2kg.

Manila Warehouse Pick Up:
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days to Philippines. Please make sure you could go to Manila warehouse to pick up. They don't ship to door at present. After the package finish clearance we will send you an email with the tracking number and contact information of the warehouse. You could go to pick up your package.

Russia Special Line: 18-35 business days to Russia.

Bangkok Special Line: 5-7 business days to Bangkok.

UTEC: 15-20 business days to Ukraine.

Vietnam Special Line: We ship to Guangxi Shipping carrier first which takes 3 days around. Then the shipping carrier ship to Vietnam and it takes 2-3 business days .

How are customs and import tax/duty handled?

Express like DHL and UPS, customs duty is not included.
We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing an order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.

OXVA is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries. Because we send products from Shenzhen (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by Shenzhen government. If the parcel returned back to our warehouse, we will grant a refund of your order.
The Tax/Customs fee in the destination country is at the customer's expense. All customers are responsible to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
